Shipping & Processing

Please allow for up to 3-4 business days for processing, creating, and shipping custom orders. Please note that during holidays process time may be extended. Process time does not include weekends or holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Please note Priority shipping upgrades are available but does not affect processing time. Please double check the shipping address is correct before the order is placed.

If you have any questions regarding order tracking, please contact the shipping carrier, as they can provide additional information. We are not responsible for USPS delays.

*REFUND POLICY: If an order is not received in time due to a USPS delay you may receive a refund only in the form of store credit.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are only offered within a 6 hour period after the order is placed.

*MISSING ORDER POLICY: If you're missing items or a shipment, please contact us within 7 days of the ship date to receive a replacement free of charge. After 7 days, the order will need to be reordered.

Since we send delivery confirmation emails, if the tracking says it was delivered and is missing/stolen, you have 3 days from the date it was delivered to contact us to receive a free replacement. After 3 days from the time of delivery, the order will need to be reordered.
